Punta Laguna is a small village and community where live today 120 individuals, composing 30 families. This place is a great example of how a community can be dedicated to a sustainable way of life with complete respect of the environment and the will to protect their natural and cultural heritage.

|DEPARTURE TIME||Pick-up at your hotel around 7:30AM- 8:00 AM for a prompt departure.|
|RETURN TIME||Approximately 5:30 – 6:00 PM. (Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya)|
|WEAR||Comfortable light casual clothing, tennis shoes, flip-flops or sandals for water activities, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen (preferably biodegradable) and insect repellant (preferably biodegradable). Swimsuit is also highly recommended.|

Enjoy a handful of activities such as participating to a welcome Maya ceremony, search for the spider monkeys or howler monkeys , wandering through the tropical rainforest, canoeing, fly with the zip lines and swim in a cenote.
12.00 PM – 1.00 PM: Visit the Maya Community of Camp Hidalgo
Meet true Maya people dedicated to the recollection of honey and see their native or endemic bee species, “Melipona or stingless bee“.
1:00 PM – 2.00 PM: Lunch with beautiful lake view
Enjoy a delicious Yucatec lunch buffet style at the restaurant by the side of lake Coba.
2.30 PM – 4.30 PM: Exploring the Coba archeological site
Guided visit of the archaeological site by bicycle.
4.30 PM – 6.00 PM: Transportation back to your hotel
